Danielis Rubinas

graduated National M. K. Čiurlionis School of Arts(1990)and the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre (1996)where he obtained his bachelors and masters degrees. From 1994 to 2002, Danielis Rubinas was principal double bassist in Lithusnia State Symphony Orchestra.1998-2012 he was a member and principle double bass player in chamber orchestra Kremerata Baltica. From 2003 till 2013 -guest principal and from 2013 till 2018 special principal double bassist in Orchestra Ensemble Kanazawa(Japan).2014, 2016,2017 principal double bass at Tongyeong festival Orchestra TFO(S.Korea).Contrabass player has participated in music festivals like Kronberg (Germany),Luisiana (Denmark), Weikersheim(Germany),Sigulda(Latvia),Bordeaux(Feance),Lockenhaus(Austria),Kuhmo(Finland)and others.Danielis performed in chamber ensenmbles with word-renowned artists as G.Kremer, J.Bashemet, M.Brunello, D.Kashimoto. Danielis Rubinas has performed solo with chamber orchestras Kremerate Baltica,Klaipėda Chamber Orchestra, “Camerate Klaipėda” chamber orchestra and Lithuania State Symphony Orchestra. Since 2018 he is permanent member and principle double bass player at the Orchestra Ensemble Kanazawa(artistic director M. Minkowski).
